Brilliant framing on how automation debates shifted from "if" to "which jobs and how we adapt." The parallel btween tech adoption and political timing is spot-on, both South Korea's robotics push and Labour's by-election move show how immediate control can compete with longterm outcomes. I've watched similar tradeoffs play out at companies racing to automate but struggling with workforce transitions.
